Shipping Policies

- Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order.

- You will receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it, also be sure to check your spam folder

-All shipments get tracking number so you can check the progress of your order through your country's postal service

- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.

- If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

- Will ship orders out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please allow 2-3 business days for processing time.

- We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates, it depends of every country
International Shipments can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

-There are a few things to be aware of, however: you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc.
